2023 Toyota GR86

There is a new sports car in town, and it is in high demand because of all its impressive capabilities, introducing the 2023 Toyota GR86. A tough competitor against the new GR86 is the 2023 Subaru BRZ, but the Toyota sports car continues to come out on top. Let’s dive into why the all-new 2023 Toyota GR86 is a rugged vehicle to compete with and why it will be a fan favorite among customers.

The Toyota GR86 costs less than the Subaru model, which is $28,400 (plus destination fee) compared to $28,595 for the BRZ model. Every 2023 GR86 comes with comfortable sports seats and also plenty of legroom. The cargo space is 6.2 cubic feet, suitable for a sports car, and when the back seats are folded down, there is even more space. The GR86 offers an 8-inch touchscreen and physical buttons for climate control and audio.

More features include Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Bluetooth, remote keyless entry, and more. Under the hood, the GR86 has a 2.4-liter flat four-cylinder engine with 228 horsepower and 184 lb-ft of torque. There is also a six-speed manual transmission; the vehicle can get from 0-60 mph in 6 seconds.

Safety Features:

  • Blind Spot Monitoring
  • Front Collision Warning
  • Adaptive Cruise Control
  • Rear-Cross Traffic Alert

Another Impressive Toyota Sports Car

Toyota debuted the GR Supra GT4 EVO in 2023, an updated version of the GT4 Challenger. The new car will provide drivers with strengthened braking, handling, and engine performance. All these improvements came from customer feedback, which Toyota considered when improving the car’s performance. Some updates include brake system design, new ABS settings and dampers, and an enhanced anti-roll bar specification.

Inside the GR Supra GT4 is a 3.0-liter turbocharged six-cylinder engine, an upgraded torque curve, and effective cooling. The GR Supra GT4 EVO will debut at the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge season at Daytona sometime in January 2023. Orders for this new vehicle are open, and the starting price is $185,000, not including taxes, customs, and logistics fees. Customers can upgrade their cars to the EVO specifications with an upgraded kit. The first GR Supra GT4 made its racing debut in 2020 and celebrated its 50th class win in a big championship.

As more and more racing vehicles come out with the EVO update, Toyota guarantees results for racers in the future. It’s a nice and productive gesture that Toyota considered how to improve the 2023 GR Supra GT4 EVO and will continue to do so with other racers as well. To sum it up, Toyota engineers focused on three key areas: brakes, handling, and the engine. With these three areas being improved, it helps with higher concerning speeds. The feedback also helps make the vehicle easier for less experienced drivers but still provides the precise performance demanded by professional racers.

Owners of a GR Supra GT4 won’t have to buy an all-new car to acquire the EVO specifications because the upgrades can be obtained separately. A few options include a rearview camera and a drinking system. The Supra GT4 EVO also comes with a pressure monitoring system at an additional cost.
