2024 Toyota Sienna

The 2024 Toyota Sienna gets a bunch of new updates and a sleeker new design. The most prominent change is the newly available Premium Package for the mid-level Sienna XSE model. With the new package comes heated and cooled leather front seats, orange stitching, a 7-inch display in the instrument cluster, plus so much more. The 2024 Sienna is at local dealerships and ready to be taken to its new home and has a starting cost of $37,185 (plus destination fee).

It’s expected that the Sienna LE will have LED lighting, imitation wood trim, 17-inch alloy wheels, and a 9-inch screen that comes with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. All Sienna models come with the Toyota Safety Sense 2.0 which includes lane departure alert, full-speed adaptive cruise control, automatic high beams, and lots more. The new minivan runs on a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that delivers 245 horsepower and gets 36 mpg altogether. Let’s dive into the 2023 Toyota Sienna to see if any of its features carry over.

2023 Toyota Sienna

Recently the Toyota Sienna had a facelift when entering its fourth generation and is a gasoline-electric hybrid and also offers front- or all-wheel-drive. The 25th anniversary of the launch of the Sienna is coming up, and with that comes a 25th Anniversary Special Edition model. The starting price for the front-wheel-drive is $47,420 (plus destination fee), and the all-wheel-drive starts at $48,180 (plus destination fee).

Every Sienna model comes with a Toyota Hybrid System II, a fusion of a 2.5-liter four-cylinder gasoline engine with two electric motors. That gives 245 horsepower and a fuel economy of 36 mpg for front-wheel-drive or 35 mpg with all-wheel-drive and, of course, an automatic transmission. The fourth generation Platinum version has seating for seven passengers and has a starting price of $51,595 (FWD) and $52,355 (AWD) (plus destination fee).

Standard features include Toyota Safety Sense 2.0, automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, and a towing capability of 3,500 pounds. The Premium model has features that offer four-zone climate control, heated captain’s chairs, a heated steering wheel, a 10-inch head-up display, and so much more. An upgraded exterior gives the vehicle a smoother look with its more prominent lower grille, LED fog lights, and a carved tailgate. The second-row captain’s chairs help give two lucky middle-seat passengers a lot of legroom and make the ride more enjoyable for any long adventure.

More safety features are automatic high beams, Road Sign Assist, Lane Trace Assist, and Lane Departure Alert. Ten airbags are spread throughout the minivan to help passengers feel safe while riding in the vehicle. The XSE Plus Package ($1,000) offers additional black roof rails, wireless smartphone charging, a 9-inch touchscreen, navigation, plus more. The 2023 Sienna XSE FWD costs $48,215 (plus destination fee).
