Toyota Sequoia

There are many popular Toyota SUVs on the market, but one that is extremely popular is the Sequoia SUV. Even though the spotlight is on the Sequoia, that doesn’t mean that the Toyota RAV4 or Highlander SUVs aren’t fan favorites because they are. The Sequoia sales numbers have recently grown immensely, making it a popular vehicle among consumers.

For larger in-size SUVs, the 2023 Toyota Sequoia is the way to go with its new and improved look, plus a hybrid 3.6-liter V6 powertrain that produces 437 hp and 583 lb-ft of torque. The new Sequoia model must get all these new updates because the RAV4 and Highlander SUVs are challenging vehicles to beat. Let’s dive into a few more details that show how powerful and significant Toyota SUVs are.

2023 Toyota Sequoia

Toyota has released a redesign of the full-size SUV, the 2023 Toyota Sequoia. This upgraded SUV has improved technology, engine quality, and interior, and consumers will be satisfied. The car hasn’t been upgraded since over a decade ago, until now. For comparison, the Sequoia shares its cabin design with the Toyota Tundra truck. Let’s see what else the 2023 Sequoia has to offer.

There are the TRD Pro’s red camouflage print seats and the open-pore wood trim with black seats and white leatherette interior trim for the upper trim. There is a standard 14-inch touchscreen with updated technology on most trim levels. The car also offers wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Fuel economy figures round out at 19 mpg city and 22 mpg highway for the four-wheel-drive.

The towing capacity depends on the vehicle’s weight; it ranges from 8,980 pounds for the biggest four-wheel-drive, and the lighter two-wheel-drive SR5 is 9,520. The price starts at $59,895 for the 2023 Toyota Sequoia with a $1,595 destination fee. The Sequoia SR5 trim has LED headlights, fog lights, a sunroof, three-zone climate control, heated front seats, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and much more.

The Limited Sequoia trim will be popular with its leather upholstery, ventilated front seats, driver memory functions, heated steering wheel, and rear sunshades. Two other luxurious trim levels are the Platinum and Capstone. The TRD Pro is the perfect trim if drivers want an off-road adventure.

2023 Toyota RAV4 Prime

There are many reasons why the 2023 Toyota RAV4 Prime is such a superb hybrid vehicle, and consumers are keeping this SUV from slipping by. The 2023 RAV4 Prime is worth buying and is one of the best plug-in hybrids. Not only does this SUV have unique features, but it even won a Green Choice award.

It has a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine with dual electric motors and a battery pack that creates 302 hp and 288 lb-ft of torque. The RAV4 Prime gets around 42 miles on a single charge alone, and it is the only PHEV that reaches more than 36 miles of range. This vehicle can also travel 600 miles on one gas tank, and drivers can plug the car in at home. The 2023 Toyota RAV4 Prime has a starting price of $42,340 (plus destination fee), a bargain price for a more luxurious SUV.

2023 Toyota Highlander Hybrid

The Toyota Highlander continues to be a best-selling mid-size SUV, and the streak will continue with the new 2023 model coming out. Let’s dive into why the 2023 Highlander Hybrid will be as popular as the older models. This new SUV has impressive fuel efficiency and can tackle any adventure. The vehicle gets 36 mpg city and 35 mpg highway, which is great for a mid-size SUV.

As for the 2023 Toyota Highlander Hybrid, it has a battery pack under the second row of seats, giving passengers more room to spread out. The vehicle is spacious enough that passengers don’t feel squished, and there is much space for cargo. Every Highlander Hybrid has an all-wheel-drive system that powers the wheels, which helps during rougher weather.

The SUV includes two 120V outlets and comes in Bronze Edition, Limited, and Platinum models.
