When will Toyota Electric Hilux Truck will be sold in Hawaii

I live in Craigleith Ontario, Canada. I am interested in this truck because I am looking into RV’s and this truck is strong enough to carry it around. If I attached the charging station to my RV, would it be safe for the winter or should I cover it better than that?
