Toyota Has Launched Its First Fully Electric Vehicle And People Couldn’t Be More Excited

Introducing the 2023 Toyota bZ4X, which is Toyota’s first fully electric vehicle, and people are super excited about it! This is a five-passenger car and thrives on how spacious the inside is. From an outside view, the exterior design is sleek, stylish, and modern. The starting rate of this new model is $42,000. This electric SUV has five different exterior colors: Wind Chill Pearl, Supersonic Red, Heavy Metal, Elemental Silver Metallic, and Black. Let’s explore this new EV and look into what this SUV offers. 

All The Buzz About Toyota’s first EV

While designing this car, Toyota did a great job considering what the consumers would want. The bZ4X will come with cruise control and lane-keeping assist. Having a vehicle with lane-keeping assist is a safe way to prevent the driver from drifting into a different lane. There is an X-Mode (which was designed by the Subaru brand), but Toyota does own a portion of it and has installed it in this new vehicle. This mode helps people who live in more extreme climates. The bZ4X’s X-Mode allows any driver to be more particular about what the car is driving through. For example, if the car is driving through snow, mud, or large puddles of water, the vehicle will know how much power should be used with this mode alone. This feature should put the driver’s mind at ease and not worry. 

Passengers who sit in the back seat because they didn’t call “shotgun” fast enough don’t need to worry about being uncomfortable or squished. The new design of this car put a lot of focus on making the back seats more spacious, especially for adults with long legs and who are forced to hunch over so their heads don’t touch the top of the car. This car was made roomier in the back because the floors are now flat, and the awkward bump usually placed in the middle back is no longer there anymore. All these measures for more space allow adults sitting in the middle back seat not to have to move and twist their legs and body to find a somewhat comfortable position. It’s cool to know that three grown adults can sit comfortably without having people’s legs crossed all over each other. It’s also super easy to install baby seats without the hassle because of how the back seats are designed. 

Storage And Tech

The 2023 Toyota bZ4X has made it easier to store the cargo cover when it’s not being used. This comes in handy when the back is full and there is no time to try and maneuver things around. All that needs to be done to store the cargo cover is lift the lid covering the back and slide the cover into the spot designed for it. There is no need to try and cram the cover into a space that could damage it or stress out the person attempting to put it in. 

Many vehicles have a car setting where the driver can heat it before getting inside. This is a great feature, especially during the winter time, but Toyota took this concept and expanded it. Drivers can now crank up the AC before entering their vehicle. No one likes getting into a super hot car during the hot summer months, especially if leather seats are involved. To release the cool air into the SUV, all that has to be done is to click the AC button on the key fob and hold it down. 

Just in case the information above isn’t convincing enough that this EV is an amazing car, here are a few more reasons that might be convincing. The electric engine gets 201 horsepower and 196 lb-ft of torque in the front-wheel-drive model. There is a 12.3-inch touch screen that comes with wireless Apple Carplay, Android Auto, and Amazon Alexa Connectivity.
