Toyota Highlander Prime

A popular vehicle amongst Toyota consumers is the Toyota RAV4 Prime because it is powerful for a plug-in hybrid small SUV. With a PHEV powertrain system, it gets a different driving range and a big boost of power when driving. Much attention is going to the RAV4 Prime, so people want to know if a Toyota Highlander Prime is in the works.

The Toyota Highlander is a midsize SUV that is a fan favorite amongst consumers because of how dependable the car is. This midsize SUV competes against other vehicles like the Kia Telluride, Kia Sorento, and the Hyundai Santa Fe. The Toyota Highlander hasn’t got a facelift in quite some time, so having a Highlander Prime come out in the near future wouldn’t be such a surprise. Adding a Highlander Prime to Toyota’s lineup sounds like a great idea and will have many consumers lining up and ready to put in their orders whenever that time comes.

The Toyota brand has always been bold in tackling any competition that comes its way, and that is why there is an all-new Grand Highlander ready to take over the SUV game. This larger SUV is a three-row model based on the original Highlander. The Toyota Grand Highlander sounds just like it looks: big and luxurious. If, for some reason, a Highlander Prime never makes it on the market, there could be a Grand Highlander Prime instead.

RAV4 Prime

There are many reasons why the 2023 Toyota RAV4 Prime is such a superb hybrid vehicle, and consumers are keeping this SUV from slipping by. The 2023 RAV4 Prime is worth buying and is one of the best plug-in hybrids. Not only does this SUV have unique features, but it even won a green choice award.

It has a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine with dual electric motors and a battery pack that creates 302 hp and 288 lb-ft of torque. The RAV4 Prime gets around 42 miles on a single charge alone, and it is the only PHEV that reaches more than 36 miles of range. This vehicle can also travel 600 miles on one gas tank, and drivers can plug the car in at home.

The SUV is fast and very comfortable, with its roomy interior, and the back seats are even spacious enough for adults without feeling squished. The 2023 Toyota RAV4 Prime has a starting price of $42,340 (plus destination fee), a bargain price for a more luxurious SUV. More interior features include an 8.0-inch infotainment system, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto. Standard all-wheel-drive (AWD) can tow up to 2,500 pounds.

Grand Highlander

Toyota wants to make its super-sized version of the Highlander called the Grand Highlander. The Grand Highlander will follow suit just like the Grand Cherokee L and Grand Wagoneer L. Toyota says that the Grand Highlander will have more passenger space and cargo space for all types of storage.

There isn’t much to go on about this new enlarged SUV, but there was a sneak peek of what to expect inside the three-row SUV and what the backside will look like. There is a lot of buzz about the Hybrid Max Badge for this vehicle because the Grand Highlander Platinum will have the same potent powertrain as the Crown sedan. It has a turbocharged 2.4-liter inline-four gas engine for that vehicle that combines 340 horsepower with 400 pound-feet of torque.
