A New & Improved Rugged SUV Is The 2024 Toyota 4Runner

The 2024 Toyota 4Runner is the rugged SUV that customers have been waiting for with its major redesign. Under the hood is a 4.0-liter V-6 engine and a 5-speed automatic transmission that produces 270 horsepower. The starting price for this new SUV is $41,600 (plus destination fee) and can get up to $56,565 (plus destination fee) depending on the trim level. 

This SUV has a towing capacity of 5,000 lbs which is more than its competitors like the Ford Edge and Jeep Wrangler. As for the interior, there is an 8.0-inch touchscreen with physical buttons, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and a 15-speaker JBL audio system. A few of the safety features include forward collision warning, automated emergency braking, lane-keep assist, adaptive cruise control, plus so much more. 2024 Toyota Sequoia TRD Pro

The 2024 Toyota Sequoia got a full redesign and comes with many luxurious features but on the other hand, the TRD Pro trim is more rugged than ever. The Sequoia TRD Pro gets 437 horsepower with the twin-turbo V6 engine that pairs with an electric motor. This truck is great for any off-road adventure because it comes with downhill grade assist and level-ground Crawl Control, plus 18-inch alloy wheels. 

As for the exterior look, there is a black front grille with TOYOTA written across it, extra lights, and an orange Solar Octane paint color just for the TRD Pro models. Interior features include a 14-inch touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto, plus seven seats with captain’s chairs. The starting price for the TRD Pro trim is $78,810 (plus destination fee) which may be a little more expensive but worth it with all the extra perks.

2024 Toyota Grand Highlander

The 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander has a much longer wheelbase than the Highlander and has a different look and style. This 2024 model is a three-row SUV that offers comfort, spaciousness, and a luxurious interior. There are 21 cubic feet of cargo space behind the back row, with plenty of room for more oversized storage items. Almost every seat has a USB-C outlet and several cup holders throughout the vehicle. When all the back seats are folded down, the cargo space grows to 98 cubic feet. 

Upfront there is a 12.3-inch touchscreen that comes with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Three powertrain options come under the hood for this large SUV that offers front- or all-wheel drive. The three different powertrains are a base turbocharged 2.4-liter inline-four engine, hybrid dual electric motors, and the Hybrid Max powertrain. 

When the vehicle comes this summer, there will be three trim levels: XLE, Limited, and Platinum. The XLE trim has a starting price of $44,405 (plus destination fee), the XLE Hybrid is $46,005 (plus destination fee), the Limited Hybrid Max is $55,375 (plus destination fee), and the Platinum Hybrid Max is $59,460 (plus destination fee). The newest Grand Highlander is coming in strong against competitors like the Honda Pilot, Hyundai Palisade, and the Kia Telluride.
